Nation Wide Roll Out for RonDino Promotions
RonDino Promotions of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a marketing and promotions company that provides very specialized and unique loyalty offerings to Newspapers and other consumer-oriented businesses across the United States.
RonDino has been in business for 25 years and came to QC Total Tech with concepts and needs for a large project. With clients in nearly 400 cities across the country, RonDino needed a custom web application that was capable of displaying coupons, offers, contests, reporting systems, performance metrics and more with a unique design and look for each site or client. RonDino also needed this new web application to generate coupons “on the fly”, automated expiration, e-mail services, trial access, social media integration and a custom API that would embed itself within Newspaper web sites throughout the country.
Over the course of a few months, with constant contact between our two companies, we developed a robust, scalable and easy to use web application that allows RonDino staff to quickly setup new clients, vendors, offers and more within minutes. We’ve worked very closely together to develop an enjoyable, easy to use elaborate solution with all the bells and whistles needed by today’s online businesses. We also created an integrated voice recognition system (VIA a toll free number) for members to activate membership cards, gaining them access to local discounts and for login use on the web site.
So far, during initial rollouts, RonDino’s clients have enjoyed great success in the ease of implementation, and usability by end-users. The system is capable of handling thousands of users each day. Now, at this stage, RonDino is beginning to roll out the service to their clients all across America.
The project is on-going and new features and concepts are being implemented all the time. We are currently working on plans to begin developing mobile applications for both Apple and Android eco systems.
