Quad Cities Home Page?

We want to know, how often would you use a Quad Cities home page?  We envision a social media integrated web site that has current information on local events, places to go, things to do, news, weather, business directory and much more.  Our target would be QCA residents, not tourists.  The site would be optimized for mobile phones and would be (ideally) the go to spot for anything you’d want to know or do in the Quad Cities.   A virtual concierge of sorts.  This is all in an idea/planning state, and we’re testing the waters to see if anyone would actually use something like this.  One of the core focuses would be that the information stays current, with real time event information.  What bar is playing where, what movies are showing today, where can my kids eat free tonight? etc etc etc.
